In this beautifully restored 1930’s residence, interior architect Niki Rollof’s vision meets the client’s impeccable eye for detail, creating a home where history and modern life flow seamlessly together. Protos Demos was responsible for all fixed furniture, including the elegant kitchen, the continuous shelving that wraps through the living and bedroom, the luxurious walk-in closet, and the custom door frames in the living area. One of the home’s most distinctive features — the fixed sofa under the grand window — was crafted as an architectural element in itself. Every detail was made to measure, respecting the home’s heritage while adding subtle luxury. It was an honour to help bring this space to life.
